Great idea using glass pebbles.

Not Martha has a great tutorial to make magnets out of little glass pebbles.
You can buy these pebbles in any decoration shop. It’s usually to use with floating candles or vases of flowers.

Flat back glass marbles
I printed a sheet of matte photo paper with the pictures that I wanted, already reduced to the general side of the pebbles.
Magnets on the making.
Then I cutted the pictures and glued them to the pebbles with silicon glue. All the imperfections on the back of the glass disappeared. Some I used to make magnets, some to make brooches. I know of someone that made hair clips with it. You can make what ever you want!

My Green Kerchief

I found a great pattern for a lovely kerchief, designed by Janelle Schlossman.
I used a 3,5 (E) crochet hook and green cotton thread.

Kerchief
I think it’s perfect!

The pattern starts in the tip of the kerchief, not in the base. This might be confusing for novices but it’s quite easy to make.

Cherry Red Wrist Warmers - crochet pattern

Posted under crafts, crochet - Feb 3rd, 06 - No Comments

I wanted to replace my old black wrist warmers for a long time. Yesterday I had a little free time and decided to start that project.
I used some cherry red acrylic yarn, which was very cheap, and made these cuties.
